Responsibilities:

• All application first level support (IHA / Third Party Application)
• Manage the Production Environment of In-House & Third Party Applications
• Manage the DR Environment of In-House & Third Party Applications
• Complaints Records management
• Deploy the new portal/application (IHA/ Third Party Application)
• All Application server monitoring and manage the application performance
• Coordination with Vendor for third party relevant systems

Responsibilities:

• Problem analysis and root cause documentation for all issues
• Identify frequently occurring issues and coordinate with the concerned teams accordingly
• Work with all departments to facilitate issues resolution of problems elavated by our Customer Support Teams
• Review escalated issues to identify trends and communicate
• Provide recommendations for improving existing processes and procedures
• Hot Fixes & Working toward permanent fix to an Escalated Issue

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor the data processing,and make sure all related issues are monitored , reported and fixed
• Collaborate and work with people of different job areas: Designers to Developers, and Customer Service to Engineering Support Teams
• Ensure all the receiving data is imported into the system correctly
• Monitor, Create and track tickets/tasks on SalesForce ERP
